Can I come in person?

We would be happy to, please make an appointment in advance.

How does my visit work?

Individually, depending on the customer's needs. Every visit includes a personal consultation.

What services can I claim when I visit?

The focus of a visit is always on testing mouthpieces.

Since we have a "show workshop", the production steps of mouthpiece manufacturing can be followed, from raw material to packaging.

Does the visit cost anything?

Every visit is free of charge and our aim is to leave a satisfied customer.

Do I need an appointment?

In principle, our workshop is open from Monday to Friday, according to the opening hours indicated. However, for better coordination of visits, we ask you to make an appointment in advance via message or telephone.

What do I need to take with me on my personal visit?

The equipment currently in use, commitment and pleasure in individual consultation including mouthpiece testing.
