Can I visit in person?
Yes, we ask that you make an appointment in advance.

Individual, depending on customer needs. Every visit includes a personal consultation.
What services can I make use of during my visit?
The focus of a visit is always on testing mouthpieces.
Since we have a "show workshop", you can follow the production steps of mouthpiece manufacturing, from raw material to packaging.
Does the visit cost anything?
Every visit is free of charge and our goal is to say goodbye to a satisfied customer.
Do I need an appointment?
In principle, our workshop is staffed from Monday to Friday, according to the stated opening hours. However, for better coordination of visits, we ask that you make an appointment in advance via message or telephone.
What do I need to bring for my personal visit?
The equipment you currently use, dedication, and enjoyment of individual consultation and mouthpiece testing.
