
Shipping, delivery and payment
How long does the shipping take?
Shipping usually depends on the carrier and in our experience takes 2-6 working days, depending on the destination country of the shipment.
What do we ship with?
We ship with the Austrian Post or DPD depending on the order/parcel size.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes, our shipments are insured. If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photographic documentation.
Is a return shipment to Breslmair insured?
This is the responsibility of the respective shipper and depends on the selected carrier. If we receive damaged goods, we cannot accept any liability for this. If the goods are in our possession, an appropriate damage sum will be determined and charged.
What happens if my parcel is lost?
Don't worry, we will contact the carrier immediately and resend your order as soon as we have more information about the whereabouts of the shipment.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, we will be happy to send you your consignment number on request.
What payment options do I have?
Cash at your personal workshop visit, bank transfer of the invoice amount, credit card payment, Klarna Sofortüberweisung or Paypal.
What does shipping cost?
The shipping costs are only finally calculated during the ordering process, depending on the goods purchased. The shipping costs can be calculated in advance in the shopping basket using the shipping calculator.
For smaller parcels, the shipping costs are between €4 and €12, depending on the destination country; parcels are often between €10 and €30.
