Return and trial shipment
Can I return my product?
Our mouthpieces are handed over to the customer as sealed goods and, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are generally not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.
However, we will endeavour to find a solution by mutual agreement and accept the return of products in mint condition, whereby a certain discount on the new price will be calculated on receipt of the parts.
Do I have to clean the mouthpieces after use?
Since mouthpieces fall into the category of hygiene articles, regular cleaning is recommended but not obligatory. Appropriate cleaning and care with suitable agents promotes the long-lasting, neat and clean condition of the mouthpiece. Only in this way can the best sound results be guaranteed and achieved.
Vor und nach Erhalt von Probemundstücken reinigen wir diese im Ultraschallbad bei einer Temperatur von <55°C in Verbindung mit hochfrequenten Schwingungen.
Should I tape the shaft of the mouthpiece?
The mouthpiece fits best in the leadpipe without adhesive tape, as this is the only way for the cone to fulfil its purpose correctly. However, if we are dealing with sample parts, it is important to us that we handle our parts with care and for this purpose taping the shank is a further protective measure - thank you.
Is there a return label for the sample I received?
Return shipping must be organised by the respective sender - thank you for understanding.
How can I prevent a wrong purchase?
We offer the possibility of a consultation and the discussion of recommendations before the conclusion of a purchase. You can reach us by email, phone, Facebook or Instagram.
How should I pack mouthpieces?
As securely as possible. This means wrapping each item separately in multiple layers of packing paper or newspaper and then shipping it in a cardboard box. Please remember that even if you do not wish to purchase returned products, they are still of great value to US.
To which address should I return the sample?
Please send as usual to our workshop address:

Who pays the costs for the return shipment of the sample parts?
We ask you to pay the return shipping costs.
By sending us your sample, we are already giving you a considerable leap of faith, because the risk of damage or even loss can never be ruled out.
Can I have my mouthpiece customised?
We offer maximum customisation and can provide the following options:
Name engraving, electroplating of choice (silver, gold), matting, choice of rim material (brass silver or gold, titanium, plexiglass, polymer wood) and much more.
How long does it take to finish my mouthpiece?
