Flugelhorn underpart - F7

The original model of our mouthpieces, the G1, could also be used unchanged on the flugelhorn. However, in order to take the flugelhorn sound fully into account, the cup has been slightly modified so that also orchestra players can do justice to their sound idea.

Flugelhorn underpart - F6

The origin of this model lies in our alpine folk music. Weisenblasen is an increasingly popular form of brass music, playing in small groups. The "rubato-cantabile style" can be realised with ease. Excellent suitability also for cornet.

Flugelhorn underpart - F5

This model is rightly to be found in the middle of the model range, as it combines the advantages of a C-shaped cup with the good sound characteristics of the V-shaped cup. Universally applicable, an integral part of folk brass music. Requires a willingness to perform.

Flugelhorn underpart - F4

Only the sinusoidal shape of the cup produces a pure, warm tone. We avoid excessively large bores so that, with pleasantly perceptible dynamic pressure, the air flow penetrates the instrument evenly and produces a pleasant sound rich in overtones. Very good treble.

Flugelhorn underpart - F3

The cup volume increases the sonority and generates a carrying tone. This model combines the advantages of a moderate bore size with the sound gain of a voluminous, deep cup. Very good sound characteristics in combination with Périnet valves.

Flugelhorn underpart - F2

Beautiful cup shape in combination with a slightly larger bore. Fullness of sound and endurance. Those who prefer the warm tone and recognise the importance of the flugelhorn will enjoy it. Controllable performance approach.

Flugelhorn underpart - F1

In jazz, one loves and expects the smoky tone from the horn. Calm tone, velvety sound, yet brilliant when the wind player wants it. Highly suitable for large mensurated instruments.

Flugelhorn underpart - F0

Ideal cup shape for performance-oriented wind players. Soft sound in all registers, fullness of overtones and great carrying capacity in the tone. Equally suitable for ambitious wind players and soloists. Pure flugelhorn sound, absolute top model for all musical styles.
